i mean a hill or something simillar...

If you wanna create a hill or landscape surface, use MESH tool. It's so easy to use.

nope, you cant do a hill or slope with mesh tool...

NGUYEN is correct, you can create a hill with the mesh tool.

If it is a constant slope you could use a roof.

Perhaps we are not understanding precisely what you are trying to achieve. A screen shot would help.
