Small problems with the Basic Training Guide.

Hi

I'm new in ArchiCAD. I have a student license and are trying to complete the Basic Training Guide.
But I just encountered a small problem.
In the PDF document Part II chapt 4 Step 2 -> 2.8 They talk about using the Eyedropper tool.

I can't select the properties from the floor below with the eyedropper.
Al I do is to select the slab on floor 1 instead of the entré door properties
from below.

Anyone know what I do wrong?
