The Morph pet palette should look like the attached. I don't know that SE2013 has a limited version. I suspect something else is happening.

<T>I am just learning to use the morph tool.
To simulate a gable roof I create a morph cube.
I select the morph in 3D view and activate the morph tool.
I then am able to draw the line bisecting the top plane for the would-be roof ridge.
However, when I select that line using CTRL-SHIFT, I can only move it along the top plane.
How do I move it in the 'Z" direction?
Am I missing something?

Thanks for your help.
Yes, after selecting with ctrl-shift anywhere along the line, select the first button in the bottom row of the pet palette that looks like a cube in 3-axes (free 3d movement) - and hold the shift key down as you move and snap to the z-axis (color highlight).

I assume you're doing this to get a SketchUp type learning experience, rather than to actually model a gable roof, which is more accurately/properly done with the roof tool?

Thanks for your response.
Maybe the SE edition is different.
The bottom button of the pet pallete is 'editing plane'.
None of those functions seems to help.
I don't see a cube with 3-axis.
