      <description>Yes. 1) Create mesh of existing topo, measure volume. 2) Modify contours to proposed topo, measure volume again. (Optional: modify contours of a &lt;B&gt;copy&lt;/B&gt; of the existing topo mesh.)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
This method provides bank volume of the changes without regard to changed density of fill.</description>
