Just a thought:
What happens if you take out the Door and Window from the Wall and update Zones? Does it cure it? In that case the D/W is the culprit.

Mysterious Zone Boundary

<T>I've got a zone boundary in my model that is not a line, pline, wall or any other type of zone boundary. I've looked at all stories, with all layers on. I've looked in 3D window with all layers. There is just nothing there. It's like a no zone zone...weird.

Any ideas? Has anybody else experienced this?
See pic

By-the-way, I have a work-around and that is to just make the zone boundary the polyline type and offset the edge.
