Renovation schedules

Am trying to create schedule for zones. Nothing is appearing. Tried all the different filters...nothing. Have criteria set in the drawing for new construction; would assume the filter also would need to be set for new construction when creating the schedule. I think have everything in order, but apparently not.....can't get any zones to show up. I must be missing something else.....but don't know what.

Some help would be nice.

Am using AC 15 so that screen shot won't help much. I'm sure it is one of the renov. settings, but can't figure out where.

in case anyone else is having this issue....the "and" and the "or" functions are reversed. Not sure if it's my machine or a bug....tech support is checking it out.
