<T>I need to recover drawings from my Autosave files but have been unable to locate them. The previous posts on this forum are for PC users and as I am new to the MAC world, I am completely lost. Please help!</T>

Yes, I meant ArchiCAD file... sorry. I went to the Graphisoft folder as you stated and there was only an ArchiCAD report from today. No pln or bpn. Was Autosave something I was supposed to set up when I first installed ArchiCAD?

Thanks!

Sounds like your are looking for the BPN not the Autosave.

The BPN is placed in the same folder as the PLN and it is the one that AC saves to between your regular saves.

The Autosave in the Library Folder is in case that AC crashes and on relaunch AC will use this information on the next launch to try and recover as much information as it can from the crash.

AFAIK autosaves in AC is On by default. The settings are located in Options -> Work Environment -> Data Safety and Integrity

I don't think the autosave file is a PLN.... It's "@global.T"

You can rename it as a PLN to open.
