<R>I need to model a building with 25 stories. But most of them are equal. So if a change one of them the others should change too. What is the best way to do it, since a copy of the main story didn't update.
This one should be the main story and the other the instance.

Thanks guys,. </R>

Make your floor plan a hotlink module, and if you have repetitive units in the floor plan, make the unit a hotlink module, this works great if you have to make any changes, this changes will be done in all of the stories.

if you've drawn only a story. save the file to mod. file instead of pln.

and open a new file to create your project.

create 25 stories in story setting.

file> external content > place hotlinked module

select the mod. file

do it in each story

(tips: to do it faster, set shift+P to be the short key for placing new module)

if any modification, do it in the mod. file, save it

the your project will ask you to update when you open it
