Natalija:

ArchiCAD 13 cannot open ArchiCAD 14 files. The only way to open a 14 file in 13 is to open the file in 14, then Save As... an ArchiCAD 13 file. So you need to get 14 working, or find someone else that has 14 and can Save As... the files back to 13 for you.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
Natalija:

ArchiCAD 13 cannot read ArchiCAD 14 library parts, but there is a way to save the 14 parts as 13 parts. First, in 14, embed all the placed parts into the file (see the help files Configuration > Libraries > Embedded Library > Add Objects to Embedded Library for information on this). Then Save As... the project file to 13, the parts will remain embedded in the file, but saved back to 13 file format. Then load the ArchiCAD 13 Library to add other parts. There are other ways to deal with this issue, but I think this is the easiest.
