whilst it's all possible it's not quite as straightforward as you might like. the first thing to do is set up a custom Issue Scheme that includes a manual-entry date field . . .&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Change mgr - issue question</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Have already created an issue.  Now I want to go back and change the date and also the issue number.    Would like the issue number to start at zero so the revisions start at one (1) rather than (2) which seems to be the default.   &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Contractors will be looking for change #1 to start revisions, not #2&lt;BR /&gt;
