<T>while trying to modify some commands to better understood keys, I have found that the command modification file will not come up. Nothing happens when presses this button. Any ideas of how to get the command/shortcut file to appear?
I believe it depends on what you have set as your default internet browser.
I have Windows Internet Explorer and that works fine.
I can't vouch for any others working or what is required for a MAC.
