Scale sensitive stair text display?

<T>Is there a way to have the text display on the stairs disappear when i'm working on very large scale (1:1000)?
The stair symbol is scale sensitive and the risers do disappear, but what about the text?

I have un-checked the box "Text always readable" but nothing changes...

It would be nice to have the option to display or not the text of the stairs in the Model View Options...</T>

This can be controlled in the objects GDL script, however I'm not sure if there is another way to do it.
