<T>I am using Archicad 13 with Win 7 (Seven). The labels on the tools do not appear, eg, when I place the cursor on, say, the pet palette icons, a blank rectangle appears. If, however, if I was to place the cursor on the toolbar icons, it seems fine. It works on my XP computer which is a laptop, but not the Win 7. I've tried asking Archicad support more than a week ago, but nobody has replied.

Two other people, that I know of. at college have exprienced the same problem.

Can anyone help me please. I'm flying blind - not ideal as a learner!!

Thanks,

Thank for your help, CIVIL_ALI,
Unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I have attached photos, they're not the best as I had to take photos as opposed to screen capture.

I hope that you can help.
It is a confirmed issue with Archicad. It is because you have changed the display size of the text under Control Panel/Appearance and Personalization/Display, to bigger than 100%. Graphisoft know about it and the more people that complain about it might get GS off there arse.

Thanks Brett,

It worked!!

If only Graphisoft was courteous enough to reply to my email.

How do you suggest that more people complain or rather, how do we get Graphisoft to fix the problem?

I must say, my eyes get very tired when working with the computer for hours on end. So the smaller text size is not viable.

Thanks again,
