Nicola:

The US version does not look like the Int version, but the parameters work here. You may need to post more information about the various parameters for this particular window.

Are you using AC 16 (screen shot) or AC 15 (signature)?

Toward the top of the page you can see the "Report a bug" link.
Click that to report a bug.
I will also let Graphisoft know about it.

Hi Nicola,

Thank you for your remark, we schedule to fix this library issue in the next version of ArchiCAD.
As a workaround please try to set the casing values from the Parameter list in the Window Settings Dialog.

Hm, that is strange. As far as I know the standard route is thorugh the reseller. Just imagine how many Tech Support Engineers GS would need to employ (and in how many languages) if this was true that all such reports need to go straight to Graphisoft.

Can you tell me the name of your reseller? I will forward that info to Graphisoft.

I don't follow ArchiCAD Tech Support from at leats 10 years so I cannot know how the procecedures work now in Cigraph but I cannot believe what you are saying.
Maybe they told you this trouble has to be fix by GS (because the library is developed by GSHQ and we cannot change these library parts) but, anyway, teh report to GS should be done by the Distributor and not by teh user.
I suggest you to send an e-mail to Rossana Mason or to contact the girls from Tech Support in order to clarify this matter.
I'm sure it has been just a misunderstanding... At least I hope so!

We checked the Window Settings again, and it worked well from the Parameters list. I attached an image about this setting.
If it still does not work on your computer, please forward the .pla project to us.

but I want to change the external thickness of the casing without changing the width.
There are other problems (in Parameters List) because if I want to change the thickness of the casing it doesn't change...

I would like to get something like the last image...

Kedves Katalin,

I just found the time to check that window.
The trouble is that it shares the GUI with all the other windows but, of course, it's in same way a "special" window because you cannot set different values for the right and the left side as well as for the top and the bottom side.
The whole casing (the external one and the internal one) should have one thickness and one width (not two/four different values depending on left/right/top/bottom).
I tried several time and I found that, from some strange reason, the used values (in the GUI interface) come from different sides. So, for example, if you want to set the width you should use the right values (in the UI) but if you want to set the thickness you have to use the left value (in the UI).
The "guilty" obvious result is that the parameters list (that you suggested to use) cannot work because it is built (in the correct way!) to use just the values coming from the same side.
On the other hand, the 2D Symbol behave like all the other "normal" window that means it follow all the parameters (so you can have different values on the different sides left/right).

Hope this will help you in fixing this trouble,

For Nicola: just play with the parameters on the two different sides of the window and you can "easily" get what you are looking for but, to help, you should display the 3D view of the window because the 2D Symbol will confuse you.
