topic viewing problems in Modeling

<T>I have recently moved from ArchiCad 9 to 13 and having problems viewing the composite elements, i.e. a cavity wall is shown on the drawing as blocks of colour and not hatched - brick hatching, cavity insulation, block hatching - all these are just blocks of colour?

I have set the background pen of the elements to 'transparent' but the colour blocks still show on my drawing, any advice would be appreciated, before all my hair has been pulled out.

Many thanks

Richard:

One thing to check is Model View Options > Override Fill Display > Override Cut Fills.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
