make treads from slabs, elevated and rotated about the centre.

Trim the slabs back to the appropriate rectangle afterward.

i do not thins "Create stair from selection' works with this arrangement, but have a look at that, too.

Also, select the Stair Tool, change upper left pop up to "Find library parts" and search for "spiral".

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

You must load it:
