topic good ol' walls corner joint (ac12) in Modeling

<T>hi,
i'm trying to properly join the walls in the corner of an air supply shaft in the basement.
the walls are not of the same kind: one has a 24cm concrete core, the other one 25cm.
all other parameters match: the components number, their priorities, the wall heights, the wall priorities, the end caps, the reference lines, everything.

but the walls still won't join as they should - the components intersect.
both core components have a priority 10, the thermal insulations 8. we've tried 14 and 6, then both 10, still to no avail.

what's that i'm missing?
thanks in advance for any clue.
No problems in my example (AC14).
1. Check the position of the reference lines in your walls.
2. Niche opening 110/249 (2D or 3D)?. Maybe it interferes with the walls.

thanks andro for your suggestion, we've checked that option previously. the niche is already in another wall, without a thermal insulation. and yes, everything's in 3d.

in the meantime it turned out the adjacent thermal insulation (dashed grey line) caused the inconsistency. moving it a bit from the wall renders the corner joint fine.
thanks again,
