Axis on vertical plane

Is it possible to have axis to appear on a vertical plane, rather than the horizontal one, when working in a 3d view? Like on the sections.

If you mean the Grid Elements that can be set to be visible in 3D: no, I don't think that is possible by default.
You may save it as a library part and rotate it in 3D though.

I was refering to the possibility to have the axis displayed in the y-z plane rather than the default x-y

All I know is that you can set the Editing Plane in 3D to any plane and the Editing Plane can display the Construction Grid if so set.
