<T>Is there a way to only cut through a beam or any object in section even though the depth of the section is set to a predefined distance? In this image I have beams that I only want to show the cut through the beam and nothing else. Is that possible?

Thanks.</T>

I want the beam flanges in the distance to disappear and keep the section "live." Is that possible?

The Floor Plan and Section > Outlines > Uncut Line Pen controls the pen seen in Sect/Elev/3D, so if you can change this pen to white, the beam will disappear in section where it is not cut.
