I don't think that will work if the object was auto-scripted in AC 10.
From what I have seen so far AC 10 does not create a 2D symbol
with lines and fills in the 2D symbol window but writes a 2D script.
The fills are done with POLY2_b{3} commands
and would have to be edited in GDL.

<T>Hi there.
I am noticing that when ever we make custom objects they all ways show up with white fill in plan and we can not turn it off through the parameters any where.
Does any one know how to make them transparent?</T>

you need to edit the 2d view through the object's gdl editor. to do this pick the object then goto file>libraries and objects>open object. next pick the button to the right of 2d symbol. if you pick the field you may notice that there is a solid white fill lacking contours. delete it. close the gdl editor and it will ask you to save object. doing so will overwrite the previous version so make sure its right.
