3D point fasten (clinging)

sometimes it be lost (missing) point in 3D window
but simultaneusly the properties off the selected object is indicated in thear window

If I undertand - you're saying that sometimes the selected object's hotspots do not show in 3D? I have had this happen in 8.0 - not sure if I've seen it in 8.1 yet, as I've gotten used to working around it without thinking about it.

What brings the hotspots back for me (usually), is minimizing the entire ArchiCAD application, and then restoring it. Other times, I have to close the 3D window and open it again. (Just rebuilding doesn't bring them back.)

IT was an issue in ArchiCAD 8. It's been fixed in ArchiCAD 8.1..
