copy paste not working

Hi

I'm using archicad 19 6006 on OS X 10.10,

In archicad I can't copy paste anything. on a floor plan if I copy paste something I get an error message telling me that the clipboard is empty.
When I cut something the element disappear but I can't paste it back and get the same empty clipboard message.

This only happens since I updated to 6006.

Anyone knows a fix for this ?

Try restarting your system.
How much memory does your mac have?

Rebooting didn't solved the issue.
I have 8gb of ram.
I never encountered this problem with any archicad version I ever used until this morning when I updated AC19 to 6006.

Does it happen with new files? Other existing files?
If it persists, I'd contact Graphisoft support.

For me , it was a result of insufficient memory,
which corrected itself with a restart.

We're experiencing this issue with our recent upgrade to AC20. Was there any solution?

It seems to only affect certain computers, so it might be a settings issue?

A Mac OS X 10.11.x iMac, AC 19:
Copy - paste across AC 19 programs fails a lot of times, but then again, they do not fail every time with every instance of the program.

Only one machine out of many is affected with this problem. It is a little bit strange, because I can't find a lot of significant differences between the workstations: iMac 27", OSX 10.11, AC 19.

Difficult to troubleshoot, I guess.

Hi Guys, we have encountered a similar bug that is already in our database and will be fixed with the next issued AC update! We will have to ask you for fastlogger files in a PM to me, or you could wait till the next update and check if the same problem keeps resurfacing! best, k
