Automatic Wall Thickness Dimensions Not Desired

Every time I dimension to a wall it automatically creates a dimension string including the wall thickness. I almost never want to dimension a wall thickness so I wish this would stop. Every single time I dimension to a wall I have to then delete that wall thickness part which is really annoying. Is there any way to turn this automatic feature off?

If you place the cursor to the very end or internal corner it wont do both sides.

Yes, what Roger is suggesting: you have to find a Wall node, not a Wall edge.

You can do that if you dimension manually, but not with automatic dimensioning.

This is a long-standing wish! I think it'd be great if we had the choice of selecting the left side of the wall, the right side, or the reference line.
