<T>Over the last few installs, I've lost the ability the find anything on BIMcomponents. Any search gives me no results, so I assume it's not logging in correctly. I've tried all the obvious firewall etc. Any ideas?</T>

I assume you are talking BIMcomponents library access from inside ArchiCAD.

I know you checked it, but I still think it is a firewall access issue.

You might have to have some IT professional look at it, maybe run some traces.

Thanks. Yep I completely disabled firewalls to test it. No go.

Hi Warwick

Not sure whether you've checked it, but after you have started search, go to the setting button to the right of the search box. Cog Button. In the drop down options make sure you have "search Bimportal" checked. This option doesn't show until you start a search

Thanks,
Seems to be a AVG issue. Just turning off firewalls doesn't help, but completely disabling the protection works. Looks like I need to set up some exceptions or play with the settings in AVG.
Thanks for the replies!

Cheers
