The Door is definitely within a Wall because that is the only way you can place a Door.<BR /> Maybe there are two Walls overlapping there and the Door is placed in one, and not cutting the other. It could also be wall heights or the position of your cut plane. I just found it was because I had accidentally set it to 'to be demolished' phase.
