<T>Hello,
When I draw wall enclosure:
(1) whilst when draw wall enclosure on a blank space, it fillets normally.
(2) but when draw based on the basement trace reference plan, the wall corner cannot be filleted sharply,
Please advice why, see picture above

Also, when I draw an internal wall which attached to the external wall, an unwanted extension part appears, please advice why, see picture below
Thanks</T>

There is something in your model which prevents the correct connection between the two walls: a column on a hidden layer, another wall on a higher level (plumb), or a slab or a ground mesh with too high a material priority.
I do not understand this message 😕 but I think it is a material priority subject.

I do not understand this message 😕 but I think it is a material priority subject.

That means: (1) is the footing at storey of "foundation" , drawn based on the trace reference of "ground floor". Then the wall corner fillet not completed.
(2) is the footing but drawn NOT on the trace reference storey, which wall corner is filleted perfectly
---- this different fillet result could be the effect by trace reference ?

Tried but seems no way to adjust manually...
and what is the reason why unable to fillet completely automatically
The second wall you draw will automatically snap and trim to the first wall, but it will not adjust the length of the first wall.
When drawing a continuous wall, it might be a good idea to change your building method to <S></S>chained<E></E> or in you current case <S></S>rectangular<E></E>. Less opportunity to miss align your connections then.
