CW Double Door 23 leaf type doesn't stick?

I can't get CW Double Door 23 leaf type to stick. The leaf will show correctly on the preview thumbnail, but not appear on the model. The setting does stick —when I Edit the curtain wall, select that double door panel, and check its settings, they do show the leaf I had selected.

Screenshot shows a Custom Door Leaf, correctly shown in the settings preview thumbnail, but the same happens with any of the other ones (Glass Type 3, etc.).

My first thought would be to check your Graphic Overrides, much like the display of standard doors, but I have not used the Curtain Wall much so I have no idea about it's interaction...

Maybe it is the Level Of Detail (LOD) settings in the Model View Options or maybe in the curtain wall settings itself?

Thanks Barry. The culprit was MVO, LOD for doors and windows, which for whatever reason was set as 'Simplified' in this MVO —never in my life would I have imagined that 'Simplified' meant losing the door leaf setting.
