topic Modeling corner-window in Modeling

<R>Hi everyone!

I am having a problem modeling a corner window.

My goal is to have a corner window. Similar to this picture.

As far as I know "corner-window" tool has no choice to have two different windows connected to each other. So, for modeling I chose windows tool, where I set the custom corner option.
The problem with this method is incorrect area calculation in a window wall recess.

To avoid this mistake, I came up with a modeling method using a corner window and playing with the gaging option.

It fixed my zone calculation problems, but left me with another problem, which is casing.
One of the corner-window parts doesn't have casing (as the tool itself doesn't allow to make custom options for each element)

Is there anyway to fix this? Or is there any other way to model corner windows in my situation?

Thanks for advice!</R>

the gaging is turned on intentionally.

If I turn off gaging I get this result:
