I hardly ever use it, so I've no experience with how it reacts to partial model display (like core only, etc). My suspicion is that this information of a composite is not passed on to the wall end tool.

You could try modelling your wall ends with complex profile collumns, there you can add the different structural settings (core/finish/other) for sure.

Haven't thought about complex profile collumns. Thank you! I will try that

It worked! thank you!

<T>Hey!
I have a situation when Wall End objects are shown with all structural parts in 3D window. But my options says to show Core of Load Bearing elements only, so only core structural parts should be shown of complex wall end.

P.S. Structural function of Wall end object is Non-load-bearing and structural wall settings of core/finnish layers are normal.
I also included the screen with wrong parts marked.</T>

Hi,

This is an issue in ARCHICAD that was reported some versions ago, and has been added to our defect database with the ID #111026.
The Wall End tool needs to be rewritten in code to fix this and the correction of this problem is risky. Unfortunately this is not planned to be corrected in version 19, but in further future versions.

In the meantime, please use the workaround with complex profile columns – as Erwin Edel suggested.

Best regards,
