<T>I guess by mistake I somehow deactivated the snap points for the Trace Reference. I can't snap to windows, doors and objects..It works only for lines and walls..

Anybody, thank you</T>

Hello,

I reference quite everything, my windows and doors do show up in Trace Reference but when I want to overlap a windows/door, it doesn't snap to the points..
For instance, for placing a window in exact position I am drawing a line in ref plan, I copy&paste it in my working floor and I move the window to that line..quite long path..

We have the same problem here. Is there an option somewhere?

Maybe you've got 'Grid Snap' activated under 'View'.
In that case it won't snap to your trace.

We checked and that's not the problem. After pipetting and syringing, we managed to get the snapping to work. We think we understand that the problem came from one particular wall and not from the windows in it.

So although the problem is solved, we have no idea what caused it in the first place. It would be nice to know...

I have same problem. Seems I cannot snap to windows and doors when the referenced wall is expanding to the storey I am actually drawing on. Bug or feature?
