    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;What the?......Is there some way I can recover this file?!?!?  Why did apple/graphisoft do this to me?!?!?  When I try to open it, (which worked fine last night, BTW) it tells me that it cannot read the plan file......!!!!  WHAT!!!!!!&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
