The only reason I can think of for the Stretch command not being available to you if you are trying to do what I think you are trying to do would be if you forgot to suspend groups first.
You CAN stretch all the line work here if, as I mentioned earlier, you suspend groups. The Stretch command will NOT be available to you unless you have suspended groups. That being said, you will still have to deal with all the text items separately.
Thanks Woody. I noticed Erika congratulated me in the Events forum. I must thank her too. Dom & I organized that article when I met him at the ArchiCAD University in the UK last September, so it has been a while now! I really enjoyed it though and personally got a good laugh out of it. Dom's a deft editor let me tell you! Seriously, it was a real pleasure, although I love ArchiCAD and all it has given me, so it was always going to be.
So what am I missing here? Are you editing directly on the Master or are you copying to ArchiCAD and Resizing there?

Unless I'm mistaken (which I have been before on occasion ). If you paste the layout into ArchiCAD and Resize it there, when you repaste it into PlotMaker, the AutoText is no longer AutoText.

I certainly agree that Resize would be a good thing to have in PlotMaker but frankly, considering the number of times one would have to do this if templates were used, I'm not sure I think it would be worth the developers' efforts.
Yes I am editing directly on the master, but when I am creating a smaller titleblock for a smaller sheet, I am copying into ArchiCAD, resizing there, and pasting back into PlotMaker.

This does play havoc with text. Autotext is lost - although you can simply enter the code in ArchiCAD and it will paste into PM okay.

It also messes with layers, line thickness, arc/circle resolution and of course pasting/placement is never where you want it to be.

This entire process is surely going to get easier!
Sorry mate,
I was a little unclear before, what I mean is after you have fixed every thing in ArchiCAD save it out as a PMK, then you won't have the problem with your text, circles etc.

Then once back in PM you can open your PMK, copy & Paste. You have then solved your text, lines and circles problem.

Cheers.
