Set color to desired blue tone; in transparency select Fresnel and adjust settings. For it to look closer to your example, I'd suggest you check "additive". You can start from there.&lt;BR /&gt;
Fresnel effect will look better in curved objects. For planar objects, like in your example, you could play with simple transparency.&lt;BR /&gt;
