Yes, inject the properties into the preview of the object you want in the Object Tool. Be aware though that if you take properties from an 1800mm long couch and inject into a chair, the chair will also be 1800mm long. It will transfer all parameters that have the same name.

<T>Is there a way to eye-dropper parameters from one object, and inject them into another object...without changing the object name?

E.g. I place Armchair 01 18 in the plan and make some adjustments (pen, size etc). I now want to take these settings and inject into Armchair 02 18, without changing it to Armchair 01 18.

I seem to recall there used to be a way to do this back in v10 (or v9) by injecting in the settings dialog - but my memory could be faulty.

Ta</T>

Try it this way:
1. Pick up the parameters from Object 1 (Armchair 01).
2. Inject them into Object 2 (Armchair 02 turns into Armchair 01).
3. Select Object 2 (Armchair 01), go to Object Settings Dialog.
4. CTRL+ALT+Click on Armchair 02 in the list of objects in the lower left then click OK. Object 2 changes to Armchair 02 and the parameters transfer.

YES. That's it. Thanks Laszlo. Counter-intuitive to me, but it works. Cheers.
