Favorites in list view repopulate every view change

Every time I switch from 3d to 2d or vice versa i have to wait a split second or two for the favorites to repopulate the 3d or 2d views. If i try to pan or zoom prior to waiting for this then nothing happens. not a huge issue but i just noticed it after updated to 4009 usa.

just an update on this, sometimes while the preview pictures load i can still pan and zoom. however sometimes, only sometimes when i try to pan or zoom instantly after changing views i get stopped or get a stuttery pan or zoom until they finish loading. This all happens in seconds mind you, not really a big deal but i had noticed it.
