topic Rotated section in Modeling

<R>How to get rid of rotated sections? I googled the topic and I see others have the same problem, probably a persistent bug from the beginning
Btw the section in my case is an Independent Section. Yes, I know I can do a new one, but than I would have a lot of unnecessary work with layouts etc
Why is there even un UCS icon in section when you don't have ability to change it?
