Fillet the two lines at the radius of your circle. Move your circle over the arc and re-intersect the lines.&lt;BR /&gt;

Does the tangential method not work for you?  Haven't used it myself (and don't have AC in front of me) so not sure if the third point can be a radius by simply typing "R" before input.&lt;BR /&gt;
