Floor Plan Cut Plane

<T>I am sure this has been asked before. I am working a simple foundation. I want to show part next story up so my foundation shows the walls with door openings but with a dashed line.
I start with the 1st floor plan view.
I go into the Floor Plan Cut Plane under Documenting Tools and enter in Relative
Floor Plan Range .
Show up to: Current story, offset by 5'.
Show down to: Current story, offset by -1'

and then Absolute Display Limit: Project Zero, -1'

...thinking this will allow me to show the walls and openings of the 1st story on the Foundation. It should work but I must be doing something wrong.

I always want to do this but I have just bypassed it to save time since it is already on another plan.

Any Suggestions to accomplish this?</T>
