How do I get the shell and morph tools to show in my toolbars??

Did a search but did not find anything helpful.

Or for Toolbars - Options => Work Environment => Command Layout Schemes =>Toolbars

Yes, if you have your own customised Work Environment with custom tool bars, you will have to modify it to add any new commands or tools.
Although the shell and morph tools have been around for quite some time.
