    <description>It does work! If you don't have identical templates you might need to check what layers are active and it could be things are being put on a different storey.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;How can I copy a building (small garage) or outdoor fireplace from one AC drawing to another? I tried ctrl c / ctrl v and nothing happens? &lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>You can't copy / paste from new version to older version (eg. copy from AC18 and paste into AC16) but it should work the other way, or within same version.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Check, though, that your renovation filters are consistent, i.e. you are not trying to paste new items into view with an existing (or demolition) filter.</description>

      <description>Ahhh... Thanks! Not sure what I wasn't doing before, but turned on all layers, and did the copy and paste both on the same floor level and it worked!&lt;BR /&gt;
