The solution is:
You have to make a new sheet index with exactly the same settings in AC22, still don't use the little arrows and voila you have an index which follows the folder and layout tree.

I'm not even surprised this method works, knowing how many bugs like this AC has.

<T>Hi!
I made a sheet index in an AC20 file that I migrated to AC22. In AC20 the sheets weren't ordered (no little arrow next to fields) so their order followed the folder tree. eg:
- Sections
- Elevations
- Details

In AC22 they are in alphabetical order by default, like this:
- Details
- Elevations
- Sections
and I sill don't use the little arrows in the index settings.

How can I make the list follow the folder tree instead of alphabetical order in 22?
Thanks.</T>
