<T>i have a problem with the shadows in my elevation view.

i choose the sun i want, clicking on the common brick fill with pencolors black for the lines, empty or white for the background

in elevation view it is ok like all other fills or composites in my project
but when i print that with all colors to black the walls the slabs everything is ok but the shadows are black as if it understands the white or empty back ground as a color that has to be black.

can anyone help?</T>

Setting background pen color to "transparent" (pen#=(0)) and print from AC9 with all colors to black option works by me.

Are you printing from AC or PM?

For specific cases there are some solutions:

1.
1.1. Print using PM
2.1. Do not check print all colors black option in print dialog. Just replace drawing pen colors from drawing settings dialog with black, except white.

2.
2.1. print S/E to pdf
2.2. open pdf file with photoshop as greyscale or b/w image.
2.3. print image

i print them in pdf format. if i go to photoshop to put it in grayscale my pencolors would be in grayscale too and they wont be so sharp.
i dont know what to do exactly because in all other options like walls or slabs everything is ok
ill try again and maybe ill attach the pdf too

thanks for your time
