Element Information

Element Information seems to be giving me different measurements to my fill and even my schedule.
The schedule and fill tell me its 130.15m² but the element information is telling me 125.78m².
Am I missing something or is this a bug???

I would guess the walls being deducted. Try viewing just the selected slab in 3D, that should clarify the deductions in area.

Hi.
I have to ask the obvious: your fill is exactly the same size as the slab, right? Asking because of the bottom edge of the slab that is off the wall.

There could also be some hidden elements with higher priority cutting area from the slab or even SEOs, which we all know don't show up in plan.

ok, so it seems that where my walls are sitting on the slab, they are being subtracted from the slab area.
