Cover fills not showing

Hi,

I'm trying to do cover fills and they aren't showing up. I then tried to do the roof cover fill as a colour and that too is not showing up. Any suggestions?
I have checked renovation filters and there aren't any graphic overrides on. I also checked Graphic Override Combinations and deleted these but they still aren't showing up...

Do you have "Trace & Reference" turned on?

Another problem now on a different project, when I turn off trace reference my fills disappear, the opposite has occurred?

The only thing I can think of is that the transparent zone & Fills is selected, however when I deselect it you can't see the fills
