All shortcut keystrokes are customized in the Work Environment. Sounds like you just need to define ctrl-9 in AC 22.

You do not type anything in text. You press the keystroke that you want to be the shortcut.

So... in the box... you press the ctrl+9 keys on your keyboard. It will fill it in ('Ctrl=9') and it should say (English - sorry) - "Currently not assigned to any command". You then click the button labeled "Assegna"/"Assign" to complete the keystroke assignment.

That shortcut is assigned to the 'Elevate' command.
If you don't need that shortcut for elevate, you can assign it anyway and it will now be for your photorender projection.
Or you can assign a different shortcut.

Given that I did not proceed to change the settings. However, with ctrl+9 "Elevate" does not work, if I write ctrl+9 nothing changes. Compared to Archicad 19, keyboard settings are no longer there, such as ctrl+2, ctrl+3, etc.?

So when you select something in plan and press CTRL+9 (without the + of course), you should see this dialogue box.

If none of your CTRL+... commands are working then it maybe something else - like another program or your operating system is hi-jacking the CTRL key.

Does CTRL+D work (drag)?

Or maybe you used to have a custom Work Environment.
If so you will have to set it up again (can be exported from you old software and imported into the new version.
I suspect you had a custom WE as CTRL+2 and CTRL+3 are not standard shortcuts that I know of.

With CTRL+D, cut exits, which is the scissor symbol...

I ctrl+..., with the other versions of Archicad I didn't create them myself, I found them written near the buttons.

If you have a shortcut assigned to any command that you see in a menu, you will see that shortcut listed as well.
These shortcuts are all customisable in the Work Environment.
You can set them up however you want, or you can use one of the default Work Environment schemes.
You can have multiple schemes that you can switch to at any time.

If your Work Environment sows as 'Custom' then you have modified something but have not saved it as a new profile.
Try never to use anything that says 'Custom'.

So in version 19, when you go to the Work Environment, what one is it using?
If it its one that has been created specially for you, you can export it and then import it into your new version of Archicad.
You can import/export the entire work environment or just the keyboard shortcut section if you want.

When you are looking at the shortcuts in the WE, you will see a button that will list all of the shortcuts in your browser.

But be aware that a WE from an older AC version will not have any commands for new features added in the newer AC version.

I didn't do any customization in Archicad 19, I installed it and the shortcuts I saw written next to the buttons. I didn't understand what I need to see in Archicad 19 in Working Environment, so I'll put an image on you. Thank you

In Archicad 19 I did not do any customization, I saw that next to the buttons there was a ctrl... written and used that. In the image I allege the Working Environment of Archicad19.

From that image you have the Standard Profile 19 set as default - which is fine.

If the shortcuts are not the same in 22 (and you are using Standard Profile 22) as they were in 19, then unfortunately you will have to create your own shortcuts.
You can export them from 19, but as David pointed out and I forgot to mention, yo will end up missing any new commands that have been added to 22.
So you are better of customising the Standard Profile 22 (and ideally saving it as a new profile so you can always switch back to standard if you need to).

I do not have your language version of Archicad (ITA ?).
So I have no way of knowing if the shortcuts may have changed between versions.
