<T>Hello,

does anybody know if there is a way to create lists which contain ONLY the elements in a specified marquee area?
(and not the elements of the whole project)

Thanks in advance!</T>

Just place your marquee and then run the list.
It is all automatic.
thank you for the quick response..

that's what I was also thinking..
But it does not work at my case. As you can notice to the attached files, I have two buildings, I made a marquee to the one of them, but at the list I have both..
(I hope that the german version is not a huge problem..)

Ah - you are using schedules and not lists.
There is a difference.

With schedules I don't think you can do it with a marquee.
However you can select what you want to schedule in plan and then right click on the schedule and choose 'List Floor Plan Selection Only'.

But I don't know any way to automate this other than using extra criteria (i.e. key words in ID field or properties) and then filtering for those in the schedule criteria.
Basically you have to make one set of elements unique to the others so you can filter for them in the schedule settings.
