<T>I have a sort of 'twisted' roof which I modelled using the mesh tool and then used the mesh to roof add on to convert it to a roof. After that I tried to trim the walls to the roof. It trimmed most of the walls to the roof (not all of it) and also took away some of my walls aswell. Any help on how to get around this would be great. This was the result I got:</T>

Are the wall remnants very thin?

It looks like the mesh to roof tool may have left a few very thin gaps where the bottoms of the roofs should join up. The trim to roof command uses the bottom surface only to do the trimming. You might get a better result with an SEO (subtract with upwards extrusion)
