Do you possibly have the Monochrome Model box checked for the 3D Style you are using?
If it is not a Graphic Override, then maybe it is a Renovation Filter that is active.
I don't know, but the surfaces seen in the 3D window can be changed in several places that could be referred to as Selection Settings.

Here's an image with a canted will and a non-canted wall with the same paremeters, with a reflection in a mirror of the other side.

Canted wall: All surfaces appear to be the same surface (Stucco Tuscan III), along with the wall settings. I could not find any renovation filter setting that would change the surface of canted walls, and I certainly didn't create one. In any case, this wall is designated as existing, for the sake of this exercise.

It doesn't seem to matter if the wall is a composite or a plain wall.
Maybe if you could save a MOD file (from plan) or a PLA (don't include the library) of just these two walls and attach it here (you will need to ZIP the file), we could have a look at it.
Hi Barry,
More info: I copied and pasted the canted wall in question into a new file and did not have the same problem, so apparently it has to do with some setting in my current project. I'm attaching the mod file, as requested. The mod file has the same problem.

I am not sure exactly what is happening here.
When I add the MOD to the AUS template it all seems OK to me.

Each wall is using a different structure (building material) which means they have different surface materials.
But when I override the surfaces they both appear the same and render fine.

I am not sure why they would render differently in that one file so long as there are no renovation filters or graphic overrides active.
