My apple wired full keyboard kaput!…Got a cheap Amazon Basics keyboard [WIN].
Hmmm…I don't seem to be able to do the multiple drag/mirror/rotate with the ALT+WINDOW keys…it keeps showing a dropper and hide the dock.

Please help...

Windows machine + windows keyboard = perfect.

I am not a Mac user but I would assume a Mac machine and a window keyboard could equal trouble.
Aren't some of the keys different?
I don't know if it is possible (or wise) to use a windows keyboard on a Mac.

After fiddling with it for a day, though it works to some extent, it does feel different when the option/control keys are not in the same position as the Apple…

I just ordered an Apple...

I was going to say the only thing that is different is the position of keys.

I've used a logitech windows keyboard on MAC for years, I prefer mechanical keyboards
