Window favorites height when inserting favorite

<T>I created a bunch of window favorites with "Header to wall base" set at 6'-8 7/16". These windows all have the same width but their heights vary. When I double click the favorites pallet and insert each individual window AC places them at what seems to be a random "Sill to wall base" height of 4'-4 13/16". The bottom of all these windows lines up instead of them having the header height with which they were saved.

Am I missing something?

Thanks, Doug</T>

Hi Doug,

Make sure you have at least 4022 update.

Under the list of mprovements:
<LINK_TEXT text="http://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/arc ... .html#4022">http://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/archicad/updates/AC21/ImprovementsList.html#4022</LINK_TEXT>

“229252 EDIT/FAVORITE: Applying a Door/Window Favorite did not apply its Sill Height.”

Therefore, when applying your Favourites, check which is the default Element Transfer Set beng used - next to apply, click the arrow, open the menu, then choose Element Transfer Settings. Select the set with the favourite icon to the right, and check the settings under Window/Door to see if the Sill Height is checked.
